Will they ever raise the limits on gags and ARS enough to make offshore fishing chartering a viable business again? Darn, I know some fellas are hurting bad from all these restrictions.

I wish they would, but not holding my breath. The regs have killed those guys.

The states are going to have to take over the Gulf from the feds before anything happens other than miniscule changes. That includes suing the government to move the state waters line WAY out from the current 9 miles.
