Got out today with my Pops after we celebrated Thanksgiving with the family. Put in at the Fort around 3:00 this afternoon and fished until sunset. The fish are up in the rivers. We caught plenty of trout the whole time we were out, 7 were in the slot and came home with us. Fish were eating soft plastics bounced slowly. We will be back on the water in the morning, see y'all out there. Tight lines.

Way to go! Nice Thanksgiving trout!

I crashed after eating Thanksgiving dinner. Built a big fire in the fireplace and snoozed off and on, listening to family voices ebb and flow. Full of good food, warm, secure with my family and at peace with the world. What a blessing!
