Her first by herself

Jordon started hunting by herself this year. Today was her 6th hunt. I was hunting across the lake this afternoon and she was hunting at the house. She called me at 5:45 and I had a spike chasing a doe so I didn't answer. I called her right back hoping not to spok the deer I was watching and she said "a buck just came out can I shoot It?" I said if it makes you happy and in less than a minute she called back saying "I shot him, he dropped down and I watched where he went", something we had been talking about when hunting on your own She sounded so excited and said papa (my dad) was on the way. I got down heading that way, it was dark and my deer had left. I told her for them to find blood at the shot and when I got there we would trail it. 5 min later she called and said that they found him only 25 yds from where shot him. I'm proud of her for the kill and paying a attention after the shot to direct dad right to him. I'm also thankful for dad being able to be there to be able to share this with her. They were both all smiles when I got there and you would of thought it was a 12 pt
It was a perfect shot (that's my girl!!!) and she has killed a couple bigger but this was her first by herself and I think she is most proud of it :hail
