Mornin folks.

Thank you, Lord, for sending your son.

My youngest granddaughter, Megan (8 months old), will be coming to my house in a little while. I suppose she's bringing my daughter and son-in-law with her. My other granddaughters and my son were down this past weekend. We had our family Christmas Sunday.

My wife and I are truly blessed with 2 great children and 3 wonderful grandchildren. But this is the first year, ever, that we are not all together on Christmas day. Not the end of the world, but Christmas has been all about family my entire life.

John, say Merry Christmas to Carol for us. We will be turning our Frostproof property over to a couple from Indiana for two months and heading back to Tallahassee on Monday. Hate to leave the place down here but got to have some help with the property taxes and homeowners Ins. Specks haven't really moved into the grass yet in our lake, temp was 89 last week.

Christ is the reason for Christmas and family is very important as well.

My wife and I are at home for Christmas and she has a new knee and now walking already and doing great. Surgery was Friday, the 20th. I recommend Dr. Walter in Thomasville if you need a knee replacement.

Enjoy your family and thank God for all His blessings. Eat, at least for now, what you want and enjoy some football in the next few days.
