2013 Fishing Year in Review (post your best fish pics)

Just got phone service back, iv been freezing off the coast of British Columbia, Canada on Pendor Island haha. Hope 2013 was good to y'all and hope 2014 is even better. This year was good to me and my wife as well as our families! Only 3 classes to go and I'm an FSU grad! Can't wait until January 6th! Hope 2014 brings many great fishing expeditions to all! Caught my first Pompano off Destin, Fl.

Caught a stud 40 pound Cobia during the spring Cobia run...

Biggest gag of the year about 15 lbs off Indian Pass

Dad, myself, and Bradley with some Indian Pass fire trucks

Doormat and juvenile gator lol

First keeper cobia on dads boat in a decade lol "the unicorn"

12 pound stringer that evades me during tourneys lol

My personal best COBIA just under 50 pounds...caught with my good buddy Dan Richardson in less than ideal sea conditions haha

Another solid ginger head and yella mouth

Bought my first boat

Rainy day Red

Shallow water Gag fishing with the ol' lady

Best Redfish day so far out of my new boat with the ol man

Great fishing buddy and friend moved out west, you will be missed Chris!

Ended the year with a bang on the St Marks with Herb!

Every time I see a post and there is a negative comment, you better believe the name to the left is Salty Gator. Either you have a wierd sense of humor or your name truly fits the bill... that being SALTY and probably a gator fan to boot... It will be ok I promise. The gators might go to a bowl game next year...

Looks like you had a great year, Jhults11! Do you have a favorite lure/bait for catching the big trout and redfish?

My go to big trout bait is a topwater plug...his ID will stay concealed

and as far as reds go it depends on water clarity and time of year...spoons (Aqua dream and johnson 3/8 oz) and gulp jerk shads in the spring/summer and switch to live shrimp in the fall/winter

Not a wierd sense of humor. I don't think sexual assault is something to joke about. Sorry if my post offended you.
