Used to live there, great neighbor hood, know a couple people that still do, wish I could move back but be around the end of year before ready to make the move

It is a wonderful neighborhood. We have been here almost 9 years. Would love to stay but our family is outgrowing the house. Would be willing to make a deal with someone on here before I list it with a realtor.
