White Trout

I have fished off my dock on grassy inlet all winter with very limited success. The last five days fishing the falling tide I have probably caught over two hundred 6 to 8 inch fish (White trout I guess and one Pin) off the dock with the kids. They aren't much for normal tackle but on an ultra light in the hands of a child they may as well be a Great White. The occasional eel really makes the day. Today the tide was high enough the mud minnows were in the yard and I wasn't even out of the truck yet and my oldest daughter is in her church dress with a net "getting bait". Hopefully the weather allows to take the boat out in the bay this week to go after something bigger.
