Wakulla Beach?

Why does it seem that no one fishes around Wakulla Beach? Specifically west of the St. Marks river and east of 367A? I just never seem to see any reports from that area. Is it lack of access? Maybe lack of fish? Both?

It is pretty popular wiht the kayakers and canoers. Airboats also frequent the area which keeps people like me from running the big boat over there. I have done epically well there and also had a few skunks there. You won't know until you go. Good luck

I have caught good fish there. I know some people don't fish it cause it "outta the way". It can get real skinny in some spots so you gotta look out. Good creeks to fish too.

People do, its a pretty popular kayak/canoe/john boat spot due to the conditions at the landing. There is good fishing all around the area. Oyster bars, rock holes, sand/mud flats, grass flats, creeks, you name it...Lots of shallows and places to get in trouble so learn the area and play the tides.
