Ochlocknee/Shell Point/Alligator Point

Post by 2true »

Fished and did some joy riding. The only bite we had was in the mouth of the Ochlocknee by the Oyster beds. Caught Whiting, and there was some very small white Trout. Another boat by us said that they caught some trout in a school. Slow Bite, Beuatiful day. Oh yeah saw Mackeral Jump. Water temp 63-67 degrees.

From my tourguide buddy in Jax that said the bite was way slow there today too:

That new moon had them in a funk ,, I bet by Friday the bite will be back.

I bass fished in a private pond and only had one bite. All the fish must have been locked down.
