Rock Island or Spring Warrior

Anybody been over to RI or SW lately? Going Saturday and curious about water quality.
We limited out on trout by twelve Tuesday a week ago. Water still dark but had no effect on the bite. Nephew went last Saturday and the four in his boat limited out by 12:30 on trout out from Spring Warrior. The last several weeks have been real good on trout.
We found white/chart tail shrimp gulp the 4", pink gulp jerk shad, nuclear chicken jerk shad and new penny worked well. I think they like the larger baits better.
Found in six to seven foot water. You have to work the top, middle and bottom to find where they are feeding.
