We had done real well at the beginning of the season. But today we checked many of my best spots north and south, they were very sparse.

. But we did manage a 2 man limit. I think the scallops have pretty much been all pick over. Don't plan on going again this year. Gonna fish.

Good trip. What is all that mossy stuff growing on the grass blades? Looks like algae.

Well I bet you had a lot of fun! We scalloped at Keaton on Saturday. Had to move around a bit but managed 6 gallons (3 snorkelers).
Gotta love getting wet-the vis was pretty decent!

Wish I'd known you were around. Love meeting members. This Visability was great near Grassy. It was decent at Dekle. We had 4 in the water but 2 of us got 4 gallons. There were lots of cool critters around to see. Saw a keeper trout laying on the bottom, a 1st for me while scalloping.
