Checked the tides last night and decided to fish mid day vs a weaker morning tide.

Got out around 11 and got off the water around 330.

Caught 2 keeper trout 16 and 18" and many shorts.

Caught another monster spainish measured at 27" and another keeper spainish.. Bring on the fish dip!

Everything was caught on live shrimp or a gulp shrimp under a popping cork.. If it isn't broke don't fix it. Depth was all over the place..3'-8' and caught the large spainish in 3'. Ladyfish were everywhere.. it was annoying.

 That's not bad for 4.5 hrs. fishing with the heat and all. Big Spanish, almost looked like a small king.

I didn't notice the temp. Wasn't paying much attention.

Don't let people tell you otherwise.

I've got alot of free time lately and have been fishing twice a week or more for the past couple months.

I even fished during those 101 degree days and almost limited out on trout. Can't truly enjoy the beautiful weather if you don't suffer those brutal hot days.

BRING ON THE FALL!
