Call McCormick's Deli. Scott has started making sausage and it is really good. His prices are pretty good. Ask to speak with Kim his wife. Tell her Marshall told you to call.

I take my stuff (duck and goose) to Johnston's Meat Market
www.johnstonsmeatmarket.com/
1480 W Washington St, Monticello, FL 32344
(850) 997-5622

They also do summer sausage.

Good deal I saw Scott at church and he said you told them my user name on here. I told him I sent you. He is also in the preofessional Bar-B-Que contest. Good Luck

Johnstons is really good, and so is Limestone, also in Monticello. Limestone doesn't use liquid smoke, and leaves it in the smoker a little longer than Johnstons does. But, they are a smaller operation and the turnaround may not be as fast.

Scott McCormick smokes his only. No liquid smoke is added. I would highly suggest that you try his. He has been cooking them for us at church for about 6 months and they are very good. I would say they are as good or better than Fason's or Limestone. I have never tried Johnstons.

If you want to try Johnsons homemade smoked sausage he sells out of a mobile trailer on Mahan near Bass Pro Shop and Walmart.

Trying to find someone to do gator sausage for me. And get prices. Everyone I've called I've initially gotten, I will have to call you back or have the boss call you back. I did get a hold of Scott with McCormicks. Trying to get price comparisons though, so if anyone knows what the other places might charge I'd appreciate the help

A guy I took hunting last year took his gator to Vaughan and had sausage made. Said it was great.
