Just wait, it gets worse- couldn't help but laugh when I read your post,I retired about a year and a half ago :D Like you I was a fishin, huntin fool for a while. Then the grass needed cuttin (5 acres out of ten),the garden had to be planted etc :o What I can't figure out is how I managed to do all those things when I was working full time and still go fish and hunt, and now I have to work full time around here and only have weekends to do what I want to do, (seems like that anyway)

Sounds like my dad--- he still spends plenty of time on the water but they are always busy!

I'm 69 and the pres. of the company says that I have to work 9 more years. The wife ask me every morning if today is the day. I will go to a 3 0r 4 day week in a year or so if every thing is working like it is now . I don't think that I can stay away from the growers that I have worked with for the last 40 years, and now I am working with their children. Agriculture has been good to myself and my family.

My old daddy retired from practicing medicine. He seemed to always be at the hospital before he retired. After a couple of months, he said my mother must have been saving up chores for when he retired for the last 20 years. :o
