Sounds to me like they eliminated the $5 fee for the boat ramp and instead are charging $2 to everyone who uses the park.

Where are they collecting the fee? Still at the ramp, or is there going to be a gate?

no gate a new box at the enter, the $5.00 fee was for boat ramp only
