Was going out this morning but after I launch the boat I found out
I had a dead battery , and I don't like to get wet
When I load or unload my boat ,I had to get in the water it was a little on
The cool side, so I could get it back on the trailer
I did get out at 2:30 caught my limit of 5 trout in 2 drifts ,back at ramp by 4:45
There is still good fish on the flats ,but I bet they will be moving up the creeks
After this next front come thru tomorrow ,I did not take any pic today
I forgot

Did you see any mullet schooling? I have been once a week for the last several weeks and haven't found them bunched up. Bummer on the battery. :-?

I went over the weekend looking for mullet, but they weren't schooled up on the flats where I was (close to Spring Warrior) yet. I did, however, find a good little school of big fat roe mullet bunched up in a hole in one of my favorite creeks. Talked to my buddy who went on Veteran's Day, he had the exact same experience. I did hear of a large school south of Keaton a couple weeks ago, but I think it's gonna be another week or two before you can consistently catch em bunched up on the flats.
