Telephone Tech. needed....

If there is anyone on this forum who works as a telephone tech in Tallahassee, I need to hire you to check out the system in my office.
Up until now, we have survived with a one voice and one fax line. I recently called Comcast to add a second line. They brought the live line and dial tone into our building, but will not check the feeds in each office or the phones we have. The phones and service outlets were put in by the building owner who had multiple lines once before, so we may have all we need or we may not.
Please let me know if you can help. My office is on the NE side of Tallahassee.
