Got to the ramp at 11:30 this morning when I got to the mouth of the
River the wind had pick up , I went east got in the creek want to fish in
Tide was still going in got set up to fish the only problem was the fish
Were not in that hold or the next 3 stop ,went back to first hold and stop
On it I caught 3 trout (1) was 16" (1) 14" that one back in the drink
(1) 19" ³/⁴" the tide started going back out at 1:45 and it was moving
Fast so I got out also ,run back to the river and fish as I was going in
No luck back at ramp by 3:15 I talk to so that fish out side of the creeks
And caught 8 good trough in about 1hr this afternoon

Spinner, I know it has to be slow if you can only find 3 trout all day. At least you got 2 keepers. Has the river cleared up any from the rains and is anybody catching fish in the river yet? I fished St. Marks upriver yesterday and had one short trout, 2 croakers, and a keeper mangrove snapper for all day. Talked to another man that caught a 14'' trout. Way too much fresh water there.
