1984 Mecury 25 HP kill switch w/ lanyard

Hi all,
I was wondering if any knows if there is a replacement kill switch for my motor that has a lanyard. The factory installed switch is just a button on the end of the tiller handle....it's functioning, but i often drive my boat standing up and would feel a little better if i had a lanyard just in case i took a header while driving the boat....i can't swim that fast. Anyone know if one exists? I've searched all over the web and can't find one.
