I had one on a Bay Craft flats boat and loved it. For a two stroke it was pretty quiet. It also uses very little oil if you use XD100. I was getting around 30 hours of use per gallon of oil.

I've had an ETEC 90hp for 6 years. Very happy with it.

had one for 2 years 0 problems,never failed to start 
at key turn.
