Kenmore. Small closet sized all in one with dryer on top and washer on bottom. Someone overloaded it ? Causing towels to wrap around agitator, causing it to bind and not turn. We discovered it when we got back from beach and smelled something. We drained the water , finally unwrapped the towels. Now no workie. Burnt motor? Broke belt?

I,have some holes i can show you! ;-)

The Kenmore stacks are made by 3 different company's.
I need a model number to be sure about the problem and parts.
Frigidaire,GE and Whirlpool make these for Kenmore.

I did not get the model number before we left. Where is the model number? I may be able to have someone take a look.

The location of the model number depends on who made it.
Look inside the washer lid.
Inside the dryer door.
On the top of the dryer
On the rear of the dryer.
