St Marks NWR - 26 April 2015

Not much to report today - fished from 9:00AM - 2:00PM and only got a short red and a ladyfish. The water was dark and the bait was scarce and that was before the wind came up. Fished Long bar, and the wash bar and points in between but didn't see much going on. There was good water movement but I think it was all the freshwater blowing out of the rivers.

Glad you got out. It's been frustrating out there for me too in April.

Gonna make an early boring run at it this morning and see what happens. Weather report looks good. Haven't been doing much on the flats lately but trash fish but still nice to be out there.
