Anyone have any word on scallops in SJ bay?

Came by there yesterday around noon. Strong west wind on the bay, water looked murky from 98. Not as many folks out as I thought there may be based on the landing vehicles. Plenty of mullet sheriff cars and city po po at the ramp. Ramp has had a major overhaul downtown. Looks Good but not worth 10 dollars per launch.
