Waterton Canyon, CO

We're hoping to head for Georgia on Saturday, our "patient" should be able to drive herself to doctors appts by then.
I've been able to fish a time or two during our extended stay. This canyon is a hoot. Try getting down to the river water from the road: loose rocks and gravel , 45 degree steep bank. Once you get to the water you realize there is too much water moving too fast.
I actually had the good sense to turn away from a few spots, I'm showing old age: don't need to risk my neck for a Trout!!
