55lb min kota transom mount, runs but got water in motor, needs new brushes seals, only a couple years old $25

Minn kota 55lb power drive trolling motor, works good $170

Have theses wheels and tires that came off my pontoon $free 5 1/4 x 5

And one new one same size $25

Also a prefect running 25hp long shaft evinrude w/ trim

Have more pics of motor and video of it running

Yes still have the outboard, but no controls kept mine on the boat
