MORNIN ALL, WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THIS RED TIDE THAT I HAVE BEEN READING ABOUT. IS IT O.K. TO FISH IN THE AREA AROUND ST.MARKS LIGHTHOUSE AND EAST TO THE AUCILLA RIVER. MY BOY IS COMING OVER MONDAY, SURE WOULD LIKE TO GO TO THE GULF AND CATCH SOME TROUT OR REDS, OR ANYTHING EDIBLE. LET THE OLD MAN KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON DOWN IN THE UPPER GULF.

In regards to the red tide, don't go to St Joe. I was there gigging this weekend and there were tons of dead fish everywhere. Monster reds and trout floating. Baitfish and mullet piled up everywhere.
