Looking to get a bushel of oysters for game tomorrow, but I'm wary with all the warm weather we've had. Anyone bought any lately and where in Tallahassee did you get them. Also, other than raw, what's your favorite way to prepare them?

I normally pick up a bushel for thanksgiving and one for New Years. But with all of the warm weather, vibrio a little south of us and red tide a little to the west, I took a pass this year. But other than raw, I love them lightly steamed( grill under a wet towel or burlap sack) baked on the half shell with butter, garlic and parm cheese. And of course, fried. Good luck, and when in doubt, throw it out.
