Where to fish?

I'll have next week off before getting busy again and then it will be after April before I can get out fishing.
I usually like to fish Apalach and St. George Island, Lanark.
But, with all of the rain running down the rivers into the bay I don't think especially Apalach/St. George area would be very good.
What are your thoughts on the best place to fish next week? If anywhere. I have fished Panacea before but I'm not familiar with anything east of there.
