Shields Marina in St. Marks is now the local Solo Skiffs dealer. These lightweight, roto-molded hulls are a one-angler rig that combine aspects of kayak and small skiffs. They are 14' 5" long with a beam of 41 inches. Max horsepower is 5 hp.
Not my cup of tea, but a cool concept for those with a limited budget or storage/trailer considerations. Greater range than a kayak and has the ability to get into places where boats often can't go.
