For the last seven days the trout fishing and some mackeral have been on fire. From past Piney Isl to the end of Bald Point the trout and macs are everywhere. 3-5 ' water live shrimp and cajun and hold on. Limited every day with nice keepers 18" . Haven't had one red yet but the fishing has been fine.

Obvioulsy, I don't know what I am doing then -- Two of us fished St. Marks for about 4 hours yesterday with one remora and two short trout brought to the boat. Really no bites to speak of outside of those fish. Fishing gulps in various depths of water. Kudos to those who are catching them.!
