WELL IS ALREADY FRIDAY, JUST HAD ANOTHER CRAMP, HAD TO GET UP AND EAT A BANANA AND TRY TO GET RID OF THIS CRAMP. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THE CRAMPS HIT ME TONIGHT.

i use Tonic Water with Quinine for my cramps , it works fast for me and wife
it's a clear calm morning down at the river going to try and fish after low tide if there is any water

Got the boat back, takin to Seminole for test run today before I venture out into the Gulf....maybe get to econfina next week
