This is Clayton Wilson. He was my grandfather. He lost his life today as a result of lung/brain cancer, the day before his 83rd birthday. He is the only reason I even know about Apalachee Bay, FL. He and my grandmother had a place in Shell Point when we were kids, and we spent every summer there. I was blessed to be able to bring him and my dad back down last year for 4 days of fishing, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. This picture was taken on my last fishing trip with him, on the Oostanaula River, near Calhoun, GA. The fish can now sleep easier. Here's to you Papaw!!! Don't catch all the fish up there! We will see you someday!

I don't like seeing them go. Thanks for the memories that give us such joy and comfort. This is one thing we must do for the next generation - give them good memories. Memories of fishing, working, playing and praying together.

Take a Kid Fishing…..one day he'll thanks you for it!
