St Marks 5-30

First time post on this forums but looks like it won't be the last! Great reports and info from all around the big bend!
This was my first trip out of St marks as I normally fish Steinhatchee. We ran east down the wma and once over 6-7 ft on grass bottom the trout were steady biting over any small sand hole. We didn't catch mass numbers of fish but when we hooked up 70% of the time it was a keeper and nice keepers at that. The 3 on the boat all limited out and we tossed back a few "keepers" that were just over 15. Biggest was 20" and smallest 16.5". Fat and happy trout that were really hitting gulps hard. All colors were catching fish but nuclear chicken was measurably better than others. Strangely no plugs or Paul Browns could bring a strike. After limiting out I threw the entire box at them just to see and nothing would hook up expect a jig near the bottom.
I can't figure out how to post pictures yet but if someone would let me know in a reply I'll drop pictures to you!
Heading to St George this coming week so if any reports or suggestions for the bay are available please include in the replies!!!!
