Trailer bearing questions.

I have an old trailer that I'm going to use to carry a canoe and camping gear on. Can someone post pics and explanations of what to do to service them and determine if they need to be replaced. Or how to repack and reuse. Not going in water just to get the gear there and then hand launch. Thanks.
