Not the Hawaiian bikini model boat..

It seems, I was unwittingly aboard the banana boat. Went out of a local port to a super secret locale to do a little red fish capturing. Things were going about as horrible as possible. I was just before heading back to the launch when I looked back and noticed my lady friend holding something. I squinted my eyes, and low and behold, she was holding a banana.
I immediately told her to throw that devilish object overboard. She tried to protest, wanting to consume the fruit, but quickly realized the severity of my attitude. She tossed the dreaded object overboard, and within 30 mins we had our two reds in the cooler, and onto capturing our limit of scallops. Within an hour and a half of clearing the boat of evil, our luck turned for the better, and we were heading back to the launch.
Moral of the story, check your passengers bags. The T.S.A will be taking lessons from me from now on.

This thread needs a photo or two of the incriminating evidence. Good to hear the day was salvaged.

Writing a blog about good luck charms and fish-catching rituals for the Blue Marlin Grand Championship. Baseball is the only other sport that comes close to fishing in terms of superstitious rituals.

I find it ironic that you oppose the consuming of bananas on your boat, but you parade around on the same boat all day wearing nothing but a banana hammock.
