-Tournament entry fee is $20 per (2 person) boat for club members if you register at the meeting on April 2nd. $10 per each additional member (up to 4 anglers) All non members will pay an additional $5 on top of all regular member fees.

**This replaces the tournament day sign ups and all entries must be received by safe light the day of the tournament.PayPal will time stamp your entry.

-PLEASE BRING EXACT CHANGE FOR ENTRY FEES AND EACH OF THE SIDE POTS. At registration, those who have their forms filled out will be registered first.

Tournament Format: Weigh one Redfish (18-27") and your biggest Trout . The combined weight of each team’s catch of fish will determine the winner.

Side pots:
Big Trout - $5 per person, everyone on the boat must participate to win.
Big Redfish - $10 per person, everyone on the boat must participate to win.
Total weight - $5 per boat, Most combined weight of all tournament fish (Trout, Red, Flounder, & Mystery fish) ***does not count toward angler of the year points***

Teams must be checked in by 3:30 pm EST on tournament day. There will be a sign in sheet that at least one member must sign off on before the 3:30p.m. check in time. The weigh-in will begin at 3:45 pm and teams will weigh their fish in the order of entry.

Thursday nights NFGFC club meeting has been canceled due to the approaching storm, if you wish to sign up and pay for the tournament you can sign up online at http://www.nfgfc.org/Payments.html or you can go by and drop off your entry off to Jimmy Milton or George Goodson at Verizon or Chris Harwood at Bass Pro Shops.

Well... we aren't getting a lot of folks jumping in for this tournament, so I will start us off here. Jumptrout and I will be there assuming the storm moves on through prior to blast off.

If the storm forces a cancellation of Saturday's area high school cross-country meet, I'm in. Storm fishing is exciting!

This storm should cool the water temps and push bait and fish closer to shore.

I am not sure it's a good idea at all honestly. If we get a good storm surge, we are likely to find everything torn up and boats up on US-98.

Based on the incredible amount of money involved - not to mention points at stake - I say it needs to happen regardless.

I have won many redfish tournaments kite fishing with the same forecast. You just need to add a little more weight to your gold spoon.

I say take a poll to move it til the following weekend not knowing what's gonna happen with this storm
