1979 glascraf 18

I picked up a 79 glascraf 18 and was wondering if anyone has any info on the hull. I can't find anything about them. The only thing I know is they also made a 21 footer.

Nice looking boat, what is the hole on both sides of the hull?

They are for the hull to drain. I guess the rubber flap for the scupper valve got ripped off at some point and I haven't replaced them just yet. Sits high enough out of the water no water comes in
