When out of Econfina yesterday and it was dead. I caught several shorts and some small black bass. I limited out on lizard fish. Saw several boats could not make it out of the mouth of the river.

They bit better Tuesday on rising tide, almost dead-on high. All I caught were pesky hardheads before then.

Last good bite I had was right after a slack low as the tide was coming in. Most fish I've been catching have been shorts. I'm finding my fish in about 2 ft, grass flats around creek mouths.
The bite out on the flats definitely slowed for me in the past 2 weeks.

Bite out of Econfina was fine today. Fished from Hickory Mount to Rock Isl. again and did well. Still fish out on the flats. Some near the mouths of the creeks, but I don't think it has been cold enough to push most of them all the way in the creeks and rivers yet. Reds are plentiful as well, but a lot of them are small. Saw a HUGE gator off shore from Rock Isl.

Was tough at St Marks for us today from 9-2:30. Luckily we decided to try one more spot at the mouth of a creek and we hit pay dirt. Put 10 keepers in the boat in about 1.5 hours.
1 over 20" and 3 at 18". Rest were 16-17.
