Finally got on the water today. Managed 7 largemouth in about 2 1/2 hours. 3 very nice ones in the 3-4lbs range. The other four in the 10-12 inch range. Overall, a really good day. Trying to pull a 3 lber out of the lily pads with the pole in one hand and the canoe paddle in the other sure is a work out. Managed not to loose any though for a change. 6 of 'em on a 5 inch Senko (baby bass color), the other on a Rapala topwater. The fish seemed to be really active. Several put on some arial displays while chasing baitfish. Good day on the water.
