NFGFC - February 4th 2017 Kickoff Tourney ROLL CALL!!!!!!

The NFGFC 2017 Season Opening Tournament will be held out of Jerry's Bait & Tackle, 664 Woodville Hwy, Crawfordville, FL 32327, USA.
Safe light is 6:55 a.m. EST, launch boundaries are Rock Landing to Aucilla River.

-Tournament entry fee is $20 per (2 person) boat for club members if you register at the meeting on February 2nd. $10 per each additional member (up to 4 anglers) All non members will pay an additional $5 on top of all regular member fees.

**This replaces the tournament day sign ups and all entries must be received by safe light the day of the tournament.PayPal will time stamp your entry.

-PLEASE BRING EXACT CHANGE FOR ENTRY FEES AND EACH OF THE SIDE POTS. At registration, those who have their forms filled out will be registered first.

Tournament Format: Combo Redfish/Trout, weigh your largest Red Fish and largest Trout. The combined weight of each team’s catch of fish will determine the winner.

Side pots:
Big Trout - $5 per person, everyone on the boat must participate to win.
Big Redfish - $10 per person, everyone on the boat must participate to win.
Total weight - $5 per boat, Most combined weight of all tournament fish (Trout, Red, Flounder, & Mystery fish) ***does not count toward angler of the year points***

Teams must be checked in by 3:30 pm EST on tournament day. There will be a sign in sheet that at least one member must sign off on before the 3:30p.m. check in time. The weigh-in will begin at 3:45 pm and teams will weigh their fish in the order of entry.

We have new officers, a new president , new tournament director. They posted a discussion on here about a month ago asking for input and posted a tentative schedule.

Less than 2 weeks till our first tournament!! I know that me and the boys are ready to slap em. I've seen some good fish caught recently. It will be interesting to see how this rain effects the fishing. See you guys next week at the meeting.

Hey guys and gals don't forget this weekend is our first tournament of the season and tonight is our first club meeting at Beef O Brady's on Thomasville Rd at 7pm.

Thanks guys and gals for everyone coming out last night. We had a big crowd and some new faces, which we love to see!

We have 20 teams registered as of right now and we have a payout of over $1,100.00!!!!! With the biggest red fish side pot having a pay out of almost $450.00! and we still have some anglers that haven't signed up yet so that # is climbing!
