Anyone know how to catch them in the river? I have never tried it. Any tips?

First tip: The fish are probably not in the river or around the mouth if they are. This warming trend has them on the flats as shallow as three feet, in the creek mouths and adjacent shorelines.

Fished down there on Monday and started out trolling a "ratltrap" around Riverhaven Marina. Caught one keeper and 2 shorts very quick-then moved out to the mouth-around the bend where it straightens out to sea. Fished in channel and just off the edge using mostly white/chartruse gulps.Tide was dead low and starting to rise and we picked up about 8 keepers-one over 22. Just kept kind of moving from one side to the other within a stretch of 3-400 yds. Oyster bars and shore on both sides of us. It was kind of tight-probably 15-20 boats all in same area-everybody seemed to be picking up a few
