I've definitely created more shrapnel out of expensive outboard parts in the Aucilla than in the Econfina. The Econfina only has a few spots you have to watch out for, the Aucilla is pretty much all the way down and the rocks move at night.

I'd say you haven't fished Aucilla much. 2 totally different types of terrain.

Not trying to start an argument but totally different terrain ? A limestone rock at Ecky is just like the limestone rock at Aucilla. Yes might be more and larger I agree. I was simply stating that Hit n Miss could still fish Aucilla as long as he was careful. I have fished Aucilla and Econfina for many years. I have also bumped a few rocks at both places for sure, so I never assume anything.

Yes - I agree a rock is a rock. Totally different terrain = Aucilla has above and beyond more stuff to beak an outboard foot off on.

I was thinking the same thing. You couldn't keep him in that Canoe unless you Super-glued his butt to the seat.

1. Is the use of an attractant on artificial lures, i.e. Pro-Cure, prohibited?
2. Is "chumming", the use of "chum bags" or "chum blocks" prohibited?
3. Is "seeding" with bait fish prohibited?

I could make the ultimate sacrifice of staying in the canoe if my partner was willing to drag us through the muddy portages between low-tide holes. I only weigh a buck fifty.

unless you plan on fishing and are going to have one of your highly commented on reels at weigh-in for your peers to see in person, then quit mucking up this thread with questions.

SG-like you, I may be in search of a partner. Let's touch base after this tourney develops a bit more if you're still interested.

I will have to check my rules to determine if a doctor/lawyer team is allowed.

Pro-Cure or similar products applied directly to a lure would be allowed by a contestant who feels disadvantage.
Chumming and "seeding" is not allowed.
