st marks questions

I usually take my jon boat to icky. But was wondering about st marks. What is biting down there now, should I attempt with my 16' mon arc, or take the 20' cc? I wanted to try for black bass or something different, since its a long trip for one red. Any hints on what to target this weekend?

Some Trout are at the creek mouths off the flats. But unlike last month, we would only find 2-3 fish in each spot and that was it.
The 2 or 3 spots we were catching rock bass last month were slim Monday.
But I'm sure if you found a rock in 10ft of water they will be there.

Look for that pole out past the stake line to the east for rocks
