When to Fish the creeks?

Was just wondering when the best time to fish the creek and creek months, do you fish them high with the outgoing tide or on the low with the incoming. Wondering what you have the best luck with , either with trout or the reds.

we fish them when ever the surrounding oyster/sand bars have fast churning water running over them. find the pockets where water is running over and then drops off mainly red fish if your fishing in shallow fast water i found out trout will be on the outskirts in the slower tad bit deeper water

Thanks for the input, I've always thought too that the it's good when the oyster bars are covered up with the tide moving out
