went out st marks hit the water at around 1030 water was extremely low and water temp was around 72 heading out water was smooth almost like glass. went straight to st marks reef pulled up no other boats drop bait caught sea bass and sand perch used the sand perch as cut up bait and through them back on the bottom and free line nothing. ran over to dog ballard pulled up dropped live sand perch over no weight instant hook up on a monster on our shark pole the tip was almost touching the water thought the pole was gonna break tightened the drag did the first pull line snaps. stayed their drifting for the next 3 hours big sea bass and sand perch put a fillet bass on a bottom rig and got stuck on the bottom and sat there and pulled the boat to it got it free and then hooked into a 30 inch Spanish. bagged it and left water temp was back up to 75 on the way in. didnt see and bait fish on the top at all either kinda disappointed since the temp was back up.

talked to a friend that went out same day said they hooked over 40 trout with small to decent size ones and caught a 60 pound cobia and lost the second one at the boat. said they were at the second pole for the stake line.
