Question, I was fishing in an area last week and there were several crab trap buoys with what appeared to be a piece od material, cloth, carpet or something attached to the line just flowing with the current. It was anchored down with a concrete block. Are these someone fish attractors, maybe for tripletail or something the aliens left?

Thanks Salty. Had not ever noticed these before as messing with others stuff is a no no but one of these was in really clear water and we could see the setup. Kind pf figured it must be something like that.
