Flounder gigging charter??

Trying to think outside the box on this one. Looking for a "different" charter experience for clients. Taking clients out on a charter trip in our area is either bottom fishing or a very small group out on the flats. Are there any flounder gigging charters for 3-5 people in our area? Never been gigging before so im totaly green when it comes to the action. When and where is the best time of year to go gigging? Even if not flounder gigging open for some suggestions on taking 3-5 clients out for a good time that would be a unique experience.

Jacksonville probably has some guides that can carry 3-5 people. Though usually only 2-3 at a time hold gigs. Around here the water is so shallow its tough with just 2 people in the boat some nights.
