Anyone ever stayed at Keaton Beach Cabin Rentals and have a review about it?

I did about a month ago for the first time. We liked it. It's small but nice and clean. Decent place for a decent price but I heard the rate was going up pretty high. If the owner would get his huge sportfisher out of the way there would be plenty of room to dock your boat otherwise it will get cramped for space esp. during scallop season.
Forgot to mention the lady that cleans the place was late getting there when we arrived so we had to wait several hours for her to clean it and to get checked in. Made for a long day and missed out on fishing that afternoon. She knocked off that nights stay otherwise I would have been very upset.
