PROPER TROLLING SPEEDS

What are ideal RPMs for following trolling situations? (20 ft.boat, 175 hrse motor):
Spanish, using spoons, christmas trees

Kings, using stretch 18s, large spoons, dusters w/ cigar minnows

Grouper, using stretch 30s

AJs or kings trolling live pinfish

Also, has anyone had much experience anchoring, putting out chum bag and freelining or floating live pinfish or dead cigar minnow for kings? Is this best to do over structure, such as OAR sites?

I normally troll stretches at 4.4 MPH on the GPS and troll for kings and spanish about 6.5.
