I started renting out my townhome in Tallahassee while I've been up in Boston.
Tenant called this morning reporting HVAC is down.
Any recommendations for a local and honest HVAC serviceman?

Jumptrout from this forum is the best one you will find. I will I.M. you his cell phone number. You can trust ALL of his AC work and NONE of his fishing stories.

Who does JumpTrout work for? We had Trey Hall from Tony Kelly Heating and Air come out on Saturday and he did a good job.
